As a child, she immersed herself in creating dresses for her dolls, quickly earning the admiration of those around her. By the age of 12, she single handedly made a wedding gown for her cousin; a feat that convinced her parents to support her creative ambitions.

Before long, Ladan undertook an apprenticeship with a professional tailor where she learned advanced sewing techniques. Ladan attended a prestigious high school for the Arts, majoring in Architecture which allowed her to better utilize color and shapes; concepts that she would seamlessly incorporate in her fashion designs.

Ladan pursued yet another apprenticeship, this time with a celebrated dressmaker who immediately recognized Ladan’s talent and encouraged her to open her own maison, selling   her own designs. After an incredibly successful run for 10 years, Ladan became one of the most sought-after fashion designers in Isfahan. Always desiring to grow and never turning down a challenge, Ladan traveled to London to study at the London College of Fashion, where she excelled in exhibiting her vast knowledge of dressmaking. She became so distinguished that the late Alexander McQueen offered her a position in his team. After graduating with top honors with a post graduate degree in Advanced Pattern Cutting, Ladan moved to the United States to explore new ventures. She immediately started work as lead bridal specialist at Simin Couture of Beverly Hills.

Ladan’s dream to work for herself was fully realized when she made Irvine her home. She specializes in custom tailoring and also offers alterations for sophisticated bridal, bridesmaid, and formal dresses. In her spare time, she also fulfills alteration requests for brands like Fendi and Dolce and Gabbana. Ladan is a professional fashion designer who truly understands fit, fabric, colors and has served the discerning Beverly Hills and Newport Beach clientele with her unique designs for over a decade.
